Can't rave enough about this place! Set in the beautiful market town of Garstang, which is well worth a visit, we were recommended to the much loved Vicky's Coffee and Cupcakes by friends who are serious Coffee Shop connoisseurs! All the gorgeous cakes and cupcakes are hand made by Vicky, using locally sourced produce, my husband actually had a weeks quota of ice cream that Vicky uses in her creative milk shakes, it was so delicious! The savoury food was of a unusually good quality for a coffee shop, and they also have their own blend of coffee which really makes for a good cuppa! Apart from all the fare making you wish you had room for everything, we were served by Vicky herself who clearly keeps a very happy, extremely friendly and busy establishment which I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who knows their cakes! Lovely lunch, the only cafe open on a Wednesday afternoon. Cheerful sunny welcome and great food and great service. Thanks for making a bad day good.

Try a "freakshake" - not too sweet milkshake, comes in many flavours, e.g. topped with strawberries and cream. We had a perfect italian espresso here as well! Served by the owner, this place is authentic and full of laughter!
