A credit to all the staff that work here, very polite, especially Jo, the Receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble, the rooms were clean, the breakfast amazing, the lady even came around 15 mins after breakfast was finished to see if anyone wanted anything else off the hotplate!! My only problem, as I left my phone charger there!! But that's my fault. Rooms: we had a king-size bed and the room was fine. Nearby activities: Restaurants and bars were a short walk, but lovely town centre. Food & drinks: The only downfall was no vending machines that sell bottled water and it was very expensive to my from the bar.
I recently stayed at the Cresta Court Hotel and had a delightful experience. The dining experience was truly exceptional, with a menu offering a variety of delicious options catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring fresh and flavorful choices that set a perfect tone for the day. My room was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the hotel's high standards of cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and crisp. I appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping, as everything was in perfect order when I arrived and was consistently kept up during my stay. The staff at Cresta Court Hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The team went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and promptly addressing any questions or requests I had. Overall, the combination of great food, clean accommodations, and friendly staff made for a memorable and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future.
This review is based on my experience, and the room I was assigned. I could go into great detail everything I disliked and liked about this hotel, however I wont, there is no point, it was one night in a budget hotel. Location, central Altrincham, handy for that I guess, otherwise nothing special in the location. Service, reception, efficient. Restaurant, can't comment as it shuts at 20:30 and I arrived at 20:00 and wasn't informed of it closing soon, black mark there. Didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on the food. The rooms, certainly in need of being refurbished/freshened up. I could comment on the mould on the shower curtain, yes they need replaced, mould at the side of the bat, at least there was evidence that they had at least tried to remove it. Bed, not the best and the frame groaned loudly every time I moved. Carpet was stained, the chair was stained, however I have been in more expensive hotels and had the same. In general the entire hotel could do with a refresh, it's looking worn and tired. Have I stayed in better, yes and paid more for it, have I stayed in worse, yes and paid more for the privilege. Its a budget hotel so book with that expectation.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Zoe and Bev, who both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality truly set the tone for our entire stay. The rooms were simply amazing—spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the luxurious linens made it even more inviting. We also loved the little touches, like the thoughtful welcome amenities and the breathtaking view from our room. Zoe and Bev were the stars of our stay. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home. They were always available to assist with any request, no matter how big or small, and their local recommendations truly enhanced our visit. Overall, our stay was nothing short of delightful. The combination of stunning rooms and the exceptional service provided by Zoe and Bev made it an unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.
I stayed here before going to Manchester airport on holiday. Really easy to find and big car park too. It’s a great location and only 15 mins from airport. The reception was spotless and staff really friendly. I arrived around 8/9pm. Room was great and lovely bed too. All very clean. I didn’t eat at the hotel as was flying early but I did go to the bar and had a drink. It was nice a relaxing even though it was a Friday night and they were busy with I believe a wedding party. All in all I was impressed with this hotel and nicer than staying in one of the bigger hotels nearer the airport Rooms: My room was excellent. Really comfy mattress. Was a shame I couldn’t stay longer but I had an early morning flight. Food & drinks: The bar area was nice and relaxing and service great. Noteworthy details: Staff are really friendly and can’t do enough for you.
I had a wonderful experience today, thanks to the lovely and friendly atmosphere at this hotel. The added bonus of having a bath in my room and tea/coffee facilities made for an even more enjoyable stay. Highly satisfied! Rooms: Lovely clean room thanks to Kristiyan Elena
We had a great stay for my cousin's wedding. It's within walking distance to shops and restaurants making it pretty easy to go in and out. The staff was really the cherry on the cake. We had a problem with our reservation but they were able to sort it out so quickly and still give us our rooms. If you're looking for good value stay, this is your place. Walkability: there are many restaurants and shop within a quick walk.
This was possibly the worst hotel experience we've ever had. We paid extra for an executive room which was tiny. The water in the shower was cold so we couldn't use it and the towels were tiny. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason with no apology and now we've just received a parking fine for £100 which they won't cancel, even though we entered our car registration at the check in desk. How are you still in business?!
Staying at the Best Western Cresta Court Hotel was an absolute delight. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The food at the hotel's restaurant was simply fantastic; every meal was a culinary adventure. From breakfast to dinner, each dish was delicious and satisfying. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The combination of great rooms and great food truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with excellent dining options.
Stayed here last week as it offered better value for money than staying in the city centre. Easy to get around as you have the tram nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The area is leafy nice to walk around in. The staff were really friendly and courteous. We will be back!Rooms: 5/5
