the heart of Europe’s largest working Jewellery Quarter, Creative Watch Co
are authorised dealers for some of the world’s leading watch brands.

The Creative Watch Co provides an excellent range of watches from affordably-everyday to luxury brands. Customer service is great - zero pressure and good product knowledge. We have bought numerous items over the past year or so and on the one occasion we had to return an item there were no problems at all. We have also used their repair service which was excellent. Slightly difficult to access and I don't believe that there is any accessibility for people with mobility problems hence liked, not loved...
Excellent service! My 15 year old Tag Heuer watch looks like new again! I dropped of my Tag Heuer watch for a battery replacement, reseal and polish. After 6 days I collected my watch and was very impressed with the work. Very happy!
I needed a new crystal for my unusually shaped 1980's Omega Seamaster. After trying many repairers no one could come up with the goods. However Creative Watch restored my Seamaster to its former glory for a very reasonable price. All handled by first class communications and extremely efficient and polite staff. A most helpful young lady attended to us and nothing was too much trouble for her. She patiently allowed my husband to try on all the watches he liked and was still pleasant when he still couldn't decide. We'll be going back soon.

They found a watch for me which I had been looking for a while. They shipped it to the US and, later they provided outstanding customer service when the watch needed to be serviced. I dealt with Susan, the sales manager, she provided AAA Customer service and support. I highly recommend Creative Watch Co. UK
Love this shop. It has so many different kind of watches. The prices are to suit everyone's pocket. They helped me choice a very special watch for my husbands" big"birthday. We went back the next week to have a couple of links removed and come back with a lovely clock. Staff really helpful,and very friendly.
I had a good experience here previously however on my visit today the salesperson was very rude, and they charged me £29 for a watch strap pin, after quoting £10-£15. They said it would be ready next day, and then phoned me ten minutes before closing, I said I'm about ten minutes away and she said "well we're locking the doors in ten minutes if you aren't here in time". When she was looking at my watch she also asked "Is it a real Tag Heur?" - Of course it is, how rude!!!
What a fab company! I had tried to get my Skagen watch battery replaced with Fossil Service Skagen Co and their service was appalling. They gave me the address to send it to by Registered Post and it was refused by Co. Luckily I had my return address on back. Creative Watch Co have replaced the battery within 5 days of contacting them. EXCELLENT SERVICE and would highly recommend. If you have a watch to be repaired or battery replaced don't hesitate to contact them.
A great shop, lots of choice and variety with a wide price range to suit all pockets. Very nice decor; luxurious. Susan was very helpful and her watch knowledge was impressive we chose Hamilton watches. Would definitely return and recommend. Email response time to queries was quick and efficient prior to our visiting the shop. Sonia Bailey.
