I got told to leave the shop because i was on my phone. Plus no notice to say no phones allowed. Very rude owner. Avoid.

I go in this shop every time i am in Birmingham , it Always has something  New , or a cool collectable , staff are very polite and Helpful , the prices a little high , but theirs no competition with other shops for what they stock  very good selection of Air weapons , and Knives a tad over priced  but given the shops in the middle of a city , there not that bad . in all a Great shop not to be missed  *** out of 5 .

Customer service is really bad. And the owner is very rude. Showing racism. This is really ridiculous. Me and my friends went to buy gift and I was speaking with my mom over the phone suddenly one man came and asked me to leave the shop I was confused and questioned him why so? He was like am the owner of this shop so am want you to leave the shop. I was really felt bad. Because am Indian he wanted me to leave shop. He was very rude to me literally he came behind me like hitting. Am an international student in coventry university. I really got hurt and stressed a lot am gonna file a complaint against him and his shop. Plz support me.

Just one of a kind, lovely shop Disney, dogs, cats and most Leonardo statues, happily spend hours in there but your bank balance would take a bashing. Long live simply gifted.

The owner of the business is extremely rude He refused point blank to serve me only because I have a Guide Dog I told him that what he was doing was against Guide Dogs legislation and that he was breaking the law He replied "this is my shop it is up to me whom I serve remove your dog"

Good gift shop. Lots of glitzy tat, but fairly priced.

Myself and my other two friends went to buy something in the shop for my friend birthday , my friend was talking  in phone , the person in the shop came straight away and told us to get out from the shop when we asked why ? he said am the owner on the Shop and abused us and to leave the shop rite now , the was he treated us was so bad , i tried explaining him politely he was not ready to listen , he was showing Racasim , time was approx 16.55 , is there any way to file a complain on him , everything was recorded in the CCTV , I wish he changes his behaviour That was bad experience

The manager and assistant  were both lovely and very helpful. Will definitely shop there again and spred  the word
