I've been coming to this shop here for over nine years. I've had my hair relaxed. Colour.  Extensions.  Cover ups of  thinning hair. Wigs of all kinds. Because of the excellent service in haircare and styling plus the warmth and love Jacqueline give me l always feel like a million dollars when l walk out of her shop. Not to forget the absolutely very reasonable prices. For all her work and products and goods.

Had my hair braided by Jacqueline, she's a lovely lady. She did a fantastic job, just how i wanted it. I love my hair so much! Thank you to all the ladies in the shop you are all lovely, will definitely be back again!

Fantastic Service. I am due to start chemo and wanted some funky wigs to wear rather than just my NHS one. Had a lovely afternoon and ended up with 4 wigs !!! Had them styled to my liking . Made what could have been a very difficult appointment very enjoyable !

Great place to be good and cheap hair products

Best place to go for hair extensions and wigs.

Summer 2015 went here to have my hair braided into box braids . Paid full price beforehand . The braids were just alright - they were uneven and different sizes , but not too tight and the length I asked for , and they just about lasted the two months box braids last for . However upon leaving the hairdresser , the woman in charge tried to charge my parents a second time . My mum had paid the first time , and she told my dad to pay again , and he almost did pay again until he had remembered my mum already had . Incredibly disgusting to treat a customer like this . It's appalling . It's a huge struggle having Afro hair and finding a place to do your hair in the north east , and so this place decided to take advantage of my parents . Obviously never returned , I understand there are high reviews here for people who purchase only from the shop , but I haven't seen many other responses from people who've been to the hairdresser. Never received an apology from them either .

Unprofessional,unexpected attitude , very disappointed.
