A terrible experience. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. the staff were rude unfriendly and had severe attitude. I was left with my hands in acetone for about 25 minutes while they moved between nails, was thrown two of the colour options out of lots of colours. It felt rushed and the staff kept rolling her eyes. My nails are left see through really roughly filed and my skin is left with all glue over it where I was told I could get that off at home. Worst nail salon I have ever been to really don’t recommend.
Wasn’t impressed with my experience at Crazy nails. The lady made me feel very uncomfortable, the edges of my nails are very sharp, so I had to file them later. It was all rushed, some bits of the nail polish are patchy.Service: Nail extensions
Always been happy with the results. They give great tips as well as great service! Lovely and friendly too.
First time customer today and the staff are friendly and has a nice atmosphere. My nails look great and will be going back again. Would recommendService: Manicure
Decided to try this salon as closer than my usual. Awful experience. Booked an appointment - they over ran, no apology. I watched the lady rush 2 previous customers before myself. They did not appear happy either. Nail tech was rude & rushed my nails. Did not soak off my previous set - pulled them off by prising with a nail tip!!!! Painful, nails sore for 3 days after. Was abrupt when she asked if the length was OK whilst trimming & I asked for them to be shorter. Her reply was "you sure because I can't change them once I've done it" My nails were mostly filed wonky with very sharp corners due to her rushing. When I asked her to correct a nail she was evidently irritated so I did not ask her to correct the rest, I did it myself once home. Felt uncomfortable & awkward.
Terrible experience, dont know how these kinda people still in business. My wife went there once, they rushed it and done something without even listening what we have asked for and ruined her original nails. Then they offered to redo it and kept her waiting for another 2 hours. Staff are unbelievably rude.
Nothing is too much trouble for the guys and girls here. Very friendly and reasonably priced
If I could leave 0 stars I would as it was a terrible experience and waste of money. I would never go back again. I paid £25 for pedicure and left with dry and flaky feet. There was no difference and the staff was rude
