Story

Formerly known as "Beauty Tips"- we are a friendly, family run salon established in 1991. Originally based in Rochester High Street, we moved locations in 1994 to our beautiful salon on North Street as we know it today. We can give you free advice on any of our treatments so pop in and see our friendly staff today!

No frills no damage is what they say. Sadly if you request the gels to be removed because you are not happy that they are lifting after one week, then a nail file can do as much damage if not more than a drill. They completely recked my nails. It took months for them to recover. Don't up set them, they will get their own back .Stay clear of this place they are not as friendly as they seem.Service: Manicure

My eyebrows have been microbladed first treatment about one year ago, I telephoned to say I have been colouring them in for four weeks already, and felt £450. For less than the a year was steep, I was informed I could pay £150 now and have a top up, and every year after. I expressed my concern, but the girl on the phone said that's it, attitude was worded, I am just passing on what they tell me, do you want to book in! I could get someone to phone you at a later date? I will say when I was paying I was given polite, service and a smile But now I feel very brushed off. It was five star when treatment was completed, but now two star for after service attitude.
Everyone is very friendly and they make you feel like your amongst good friends, the services they offer are good value, some would say a little on the expensive side but you get a better quality of products no nasty chemicals and everyone takes great pride in their work.
