I've had other treatments with them many times, and the staff and service has always been satisfactory and professional. However I had a eyelash tint and perm which cost £40 and I honestly couldn't tell the difference. This was the first time I had it done, so the therapist advised me to go for the long curl and not the medium one as the medium would be too "curly" I wish I had stuck to my guns and suggested going for the medium as my eyelashes look exactly the same as they did before I got it done, I probably won't visit them again for this treatment. Would recommend this place for massages, waxing and facials but perhaps not for eyelash perm and tints. Also be aware that you might be waiting 2 months before you get an appointment. So book in advance.

Do not answer the phone at all!! Was on hold for 5+ minutes. Then went into the salon 5 minutes after and the girl is sitting right next to the phone!

Not a great experience at all. I had booked a spray tan here and I turned up to be kept waiting 15 minutes. When I finally got seen I felt so rushed it was ridiculous. I have had treatments here before and always felt like you were just a number. Plus once I had to cancel my appointment (like another reviewer) and the next time I telephoned to book I was told I had to pay in advance or not have an appointment, the lady was quite stroppy on the telephone too. I wont be going again. :-(
