Had offer on for new customers booked over the phone color and cut. Hour before my appointment got told can not do my color and cut same day however the Receptionist said i would be still offered the deal as it was their mix up so still come in for hair cut and move my color to another day. However after my hair cut the owner said i can only use the discount on my hair cut or my color. Very bad customer service first mess up my appointment then after my hair cut not allow me to get the offer they were advising. I will be contacting Citizens bureau. Very disappointment with their poor customer service would not recommend use fake promotions to get new customers.!!!! BEWARE
