Spoke to Debbie to get an ‘estimate’ of how much it might cost to fit a solar panel to my motorhome. I found her to be unhelpful and unwelcoming so are trying others - interestingly others quoted a ‘supply and fit’ price instantly and offered a booking date?!?!
Very easy process from start to finish we were part exchanging our caravan, no pressure sales, we were left to take our time and look round the caravan we wanted to purchase, the pick up appointment for the new caravan was at our convenience, my husband even had an e mail saying happy birthday well remembered. So thanks to Luke who helped us , we would have no hesitation to email and ask any questions . Many thanks again. Greg and Louise
Purchased a touring caravan recently, Luke in sales has gone above and beyond in helping me as it’s my first caravan. The service I have received has been too class and I highly recommend speaking with Luke if you are looking for a caravan / motor home. Really knows his stuff and always happy to help.
Booked annual service for caravan. Courteous, competent friendly service. Caravan ready ahead of schedule, work carried out as both advised and exactly as requested. I find this company fair, trustworthy, value for money and will use again.
Bought a caravan from them a few months back now and are keeping it in storage there, all pretty straightforward sale etc but feel the need to mention Luke who has been probably one of the best sales person we have met ever!, Very knowledgeable not pushy at all and his freindly laid back " nothing is to much trouble" attitude is very refreshing
Caravan sales and service facilities. On site shop for caravan and camping accessories. There is caravan and motorhome storage on site. This is very secure with electronic and padlock entry via multiple entry gates and hard standing for the caravans. The whole area is also covered by multiple cctv cameras. There is also a free to use large wash bay within the storage area.
They've now put posts up across the exit so you can't drive in like before? Be careful as its easy to miss. Very scarce in stock of caravans and in the shop.
Wow - everything you could want and more, with really helpful staff too. Dog friendly as an added bonus
Have a policy of not repairing caravans or less they sold you it. This is in Cranham branch. And when I phoned Hatfield branch and asked for advice and help on parts they never phoned me back even though I phoned them 3 times. And still after this they still haven't bothered to reply yet
Good selection not sure about prices of caravans for sale but the shop was well stocked
