COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH! After visiting numerous other dealerships to finance a vehicle, i was struggling and in need of a decent vehicle. My mini had just failed its MOT and was looking to part exchange. I spoke to CBS Autoseekers who VERY professional, polite and not pushy at all. I got the best price for my mini for a new vehicle.Their finance company they use are impeccable and with such a low credit score i was still accepted. Collected the new vehicle today, and was an absolute breeze. They even put the new vehicle through a MOT the day before collected, sorted out my tax there and then and got the keys. 3 months warranty too! The vehicle is beautiful and was cleaned throughout prior to collection. I will one million percent visiting again and be telling friends and family about this place. If i could give it 10 stars i would!!!
I would definitely recommend CSB Autoseekers. I purchased an automatic car from them & nothing was too much trouble. There was no pushy sales pitch just a very relaxed approach allowing myself to check out the cars on site. Carl went over & above ensuring the car was in top condition before I drove off with it.
We purchased a 2017 Ford Toureno Connect in August 2022. It developed a noise so contacted them under the warranty. They took it back, the next day a Thursday , and had it analysed and fixed by the following Tuesday, fully road tested and checked. Excellent after sales service and communication. Thank you.
I visited this showroom on 2 occasions within working hours and it was closed. Owner just went home early, when called no answer phone. Only by chance Passer-by new the owners father and called him. Did end up buying a clean & tidy car meeting our budget and deal was done.
Very good service. A week after buying a car it developed a noise and another garage advised us to return it for investigation under the warranty. CSB made no fuss about looking at it, agreed there was a fault and arranged for it to be repaired at our convenience. They offered us a courtesy car, but we didn't need it. Car was repaired quickly and is now perfect. I think the quality of the company is better reflected in their approach to a problem rather than their prices or advertising. I be would use them again.
Great place to buy a used car I bought a car here and the service was superb I would definitely go back and carl would do anything to help nothing is too much trouble.
Despite having some issues with the car we feel that the team went above and beyond our expectations, and although the car has now been returned they gave us a full refund without hesitation. We also wanted to say thank you for the end-of-the-day tow from dartford in that exciting time between Xmas and New year where no-one knows what's happening, it was greatly appreciated. Carl's relationship with clients is clearly VERY important to him, and I cannot fault him for the way he dealt with the situation.
I would definitely not buy a car from here again. My advice to you if you are considering it, is to have someone who knows what they are looking at go over it first. I was sold a car where you couldn’t even get the wheels off and with no reply to my email with an explanation to why they sold it to me in this condition I decided to leave this review instead. The car as I was told had been thoroughly checked over , well clearly that wasn’t the case if you can’t get the wheels off. So get it checked over then check again if you don’t want to be driving around in a jalopy.
My partner purchased a Mercedes Sl from Chris at CSB. However the car had many faults and problems and when we telephoned CHris at CSB he was very aggressive and rude and put the phone down. My partner then went to CSB for a full refund but Chris had disappeared leaving his son to deal with us. We managed to get some of the money back but CSB held onto Two thousand pounds of our money but accepted the car back. They then N immediately sold the car to another unsuspecting member of the public. When we purchased the car it needed new tyres, new discs and pads, the rear suspension was lopsided, the seatbelts did not work, the boot floor was rotten and all four jacking points had rotted through meaning the car could not be jacked up. The car was not Road worthy or fit for purpose. None of these faults were reported to us at time of sale by CSB. When we phoned Chris at CSB asking for the rest of our money,he was again very rude and aggressive. He told me the reason he kept the £2000 of our money was that it was how business is done. He accused me of being the lowest of the low, and put the phone down again. He is a very unpleasant dishonest car dealer and is happy to sell a piece of rubbish to an unsuspecting member of the public. I have reported him to trading standards and would strongly advise anyone to avoid CSB Autoseekers of Heybridge at all costs. Dishonest thieves.
Just bought a used car from here today . They've been incredibly helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. They've also offered after sale care which is very much appreciated. I'll update soon on the progress of my new car
