This is soooo anoying! They can't even provide simple things to pack your parcel! And if you in rush and need to do things urgent then you not gonna go to the shop to stand in the cue just for tape to wrap your parcel! Then to come back and again they will tell you that now you need to go somewhere to print your labels. Seriuosly??

If i could give 0 stars i would! I run a business and have 2 drop & go accounts with this branch. The employees here are completely useless and need training to do their jobs properly. I have had problems with my postage a few times but this week especially they have messed up so bad. 5 of my customers had to pay for their delivery because the post office forgot to put a stamp on the package (but we still got charged), every time we go to pick up our receipts (as proof of postage) there's always a few missing! And we paid £6 for next day guaranteed delivery - it has now been 5 working days and my client is yet to receive their order. Every time we have made a complaint to the store they brush it off and say "these things happen" which I can understand happens sometimes but not this often. They were not even apologetic and refused to re-reimburse our money.

Not a good service, one example wrong post codes on recorded delivery items meaning not acceptable as proof of delivery if item lost or addressee denies receipt of parcel/letter. Not something I have ever been required to check in the past and I'm an eBay seller. Costly mistakes for a small business
