Beautiful, friendly just wonderful. Breakfast was beautiful and delious. Beds were cozy and comfortable. The small touches she has done make you feel at home. You know she loves her B&B. Kay is a lovely lady.

This is my second stay with Billy and kay. My first was Decembe 2017. I was blown away with this beautiful b & b. Rooms are very homely, and extremely comfortable. Kay and Billy are so lovely and nothing is to much trouble, the breakfast is awesome. The tea and coffee if plentiful. Unlike bland chains where you get two sachets. Sweeties and biscuits in the room and fantastic WiFi. You won't be disappointed staying here. I intend making this my regular stoping point when in the area.

What a great b&b 5***** treatment the hosts were very accomodating even offering to drop us of at our venue. The breakfast was delicious cooked exactly as we requested nothing was to much bother. We will definatly be back

Excellent, been looked after here three times it is a b&b you will return to again and again.
