Although, I have not been able to get to the Craigmarloch surgery, due to my being 85%+disabled. I understand that is also very goog
Never had any problems with this surgery. There's a lot of new receptionist now. Miss the previous receptionist as they knew you when you called bug the new ones have been ok so far Drs are all great as per nurses. I was at Kennelworth for 3 years before coming here 20 years ago and I had an awful experience with the receptionist. They wanted to know everything asking too much info. Couldn't get through to docs there as receptionist blocked all the time. Dr Xartoll &Partners are great
Doctors and nurses are great at this practice, reception staff are a disgrace and most rude and obnoxious people you will come across As said by previous review if puts you off trying to make an appointment. The service is so bad now I will be putting in an official complaint.
Dreadful. Can never get through. Reception staff can be helpful. Nurse was rude, didn't listen and same old treatment that haven't worked. No chance of seeing a GP. Almost like they'd rather not see patients. If only there were other GP practices taking on patients.
Went in to enquire about joining the practice as new patient 5and was met with the worst most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced. The receptionist has no people skills at all. I work as a nurse in a&e so I'm used to people speaking badly towards me but from the get go this woman's attitude stank and I'm so glad I wasn't able to join the practice. I think some basic customer service skills are needed.
Staff are always very rude on the phone with an attitude. GPs and nurses are generally fine but the staff behind the counter are a nightmare.
Never a good experience trying to get an appointment. Reception staff are so rude its disgusting.
The reception staff are so cheeky i am sick of calling up and getting real bad attitude off them when i am only trying to find out what is wrong with my sons health honestly hate calling its a disgrace.
Reception staff are so unhelpful & rude. Basic training needed for them to brush up on there people skills.
Dr Mallon by far the best GP in this practice. Staff are so busy but just like any other practice, some are better and more helpful than others.
