Gripe 1. Staff used to ask me what was in my parcels. That's none of their business. The only thing they should ask customers to confirm is whether there are prohibited items in their parcel. Some post offices show you a sheet of these, and you just say yes or no. Just like at the airport, when you check in your luggage. Gripe 2: Staff told me that a 'large letter' I wanted to post was too big, because it didn't go though the slot in their template smoothly enough. They had to pull it slightly... So I had to pay the price of a small parcel. Never heard anything like that before; normally if it goes through, that's it. I'll avoid them from now on!

Lovely women who serves you but the older man with glasses has one hell of an attitude with customers Do not know how he is on front desk Total misabrable person , makes you feel crap sack him or stick him in the back Thank god there are other post offices
