Mystified by negative comments. Been my local post office for many years and without fail customer seevise excellent. Sure there are busier periods than others that's the nature of it but even then with patience one by one everyone gets served no problem. At quieter times it has the friendly feel of a rural post office. Out with normal hours post office business can happen at the supermarket till where willing but less familiar staff can assist - perhaps for some negative folk they have mis-read the situation instead of appreciating it's a back up. I've found in the main staff are brilliant.

Over 8 years of daily drop offs and I have had consistently excellent service from Stacey and Stuart.

Staff is very rude and sarcastic. I do not believe why Royal mail does not take any action. I have started using other places just for do not want to go into that branch. Crazy people there. Zero Feedback

Customer satisfaction: zero. No notifications received for a number of parcels that were kept at the counter after unsuccessful delivery. Setting up a mail redirect was a complete disaster. Privatisation could actually improve the situation for the customer.
