Our dog Max passed away when my family and I were on holiday. We didn't get to say a proper goodbye to him and were devastated by this. We were put in touch with Suzane at CPC Pets who was wonderful throughout the process. She was incredibly understanding and sympathetic to our situation and was very comforting for us. On the day of Max's cremation, we were able to spend time with Max and give him a cuddle goodbye. He was very well taken care of, and Suzane provided lovely support to us on this day. We couldn't have asked for more throughout this sad time in our lives and Suzane really made this whole process that bit easier. Could not recommend her enough. Thank you.

Never used such a service before. I was consumed with grief when my beautiful dog passed,but Hazel at CPC was exceptional and gently dealt with everything for my beloved Jess. I chose an individual cremation, I had heard horror stories of "it's any animals Ashes". I wanted my gorgeous girl to be given respect and dignity like any other close family member and she sure got it! I never got to be with Jess when she was put to sleep as she was already under anaesthetic, this left me with stress and worry. However I got to spend time with her at CPC. I was scared to see her, I need not have been! She was absolutely beautiful she looked amazing and her peaceful wee face sleeping. I kissed her and cuddled her and told my gorgeous girl it was OK to go and run free till we meet again 💗💗 I knew then I did the right thing and was so pleased at how Hazel and her team were throughout the time I was there. I managed to get my girl home in a gorgeous engraved casket and finally feel at peace. Of course my heart is aching and I will still grieve, but no more nightmares, I did my girl proud and I thank Hazel and the staff for their support and kindness shown. Xxxx
