Story

Welcome to Cowshed, a place born from our love with beef, especially steaks.
Choose from either one of our favourite steaks on the menu or something from our wonderfully created specials, lovingly prepared by our small but exceptional kitchen team.
We advise how our steaks should be cooked; these are beautiful cuts of meat and by cooking them anymore, may (probably will), effect how the steak tastes and its’ tenderness. Please trust us, well done is not the way forward!

This restaurant offers first-rate service and delightful menu. The best restaurant in town. The meals served quick and the prices were economical. Recommended.
Amazing food. Fantastic service. Very safe and secure. An absolute delight from start to finish. Can highly recommend. The steak special tonight was gorgeous med rare fillet with side of mac and cheese and the cocktails are lovely. Our server Charlie big Charlie was so lovely! highly recommend

The first place we wanted to go to after lockdown was lifted and it did not disappoint. Steak was incredible as usual as were the sides and wine. Staff really friendly and clearly happy to be open again. We’ll definitely be back! The best steak we’ve eaten Oh and wow the cabbage side dish is to die for!
This spot has awesome service and enjoyable menu. The best place in town. The drinks and food arrived quickly and the prices were reasonable. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.
