Tried renewing my trade policy with these as I have done for a couple of years. I never had an issue with these before this renewal but this year as I told them the lack of customer service was appalling and told them what I thought about the service recieved they then went on to discriminate myself saying they would not renew my policy and I would have to take the quote with another broker. Beware they will take your money and seem fine at first till they have your business appalling service and appalling attitude to customers.

I have had my insurances with Janet and her staff at Coversure for a lots of years. As another reviewer said, the staff are friendly and able to give advice - rather than faceless call centres. Super!

Coversure organised my insurance completely hassle free and at a great price, but that’s not why I’m writing.
Cheap deals can be picked up all over the place, but usually at the expense of good customer service when things goes wrong.
When gale force winds left my enormous fence hanging by a thread, I rang in a panic to check if it was covered, and also my liability regards it damaging people’s cars as it was about to blow down the street.
It was a god send that I could ring a local rate number, get straight through, have a brief conversation and have you get back with all the answers within the hour.
I have never experienced this efficiency with any previous brokers. In the time saved on the phone alone I was able to secure the fence with rope and contact several fence contractors regards repair.
You made a very stressful day a whole lot easier.

Have dealt with Coversure Insurance for 20 years with business insurance mainly but also personal insurances (travel) Excellent value BUT more importantly the service you receive from all the staff and their knowledge is outstanding  All the staff go. beyond all boundaries to get you a good deal but a deal which is affordable and fair The comfort you receive from knowing what your insurances  entail is a testimonial towards Coversure's staff and informing you clearly what you have purchased
