Absolutely shocking company I've never even heard of them before I don't even drive and they have somehow managed to take money from my account without me knowing. How have they got my bank details. Very very poor company from reading all of the 1star reviews. Not professional one bit. I've emailed this company let's see if I get a reply quickly. Not a happy person. Stay well away!!!!

Worst experience ever. Was involved in a accident which wasn't my fault. The other party got fake witnesses and made it my fault. Eldon was completely on their side! And paid out to them! Did nothing for me! Left me very upset and mortified! Disgusted by Eldon insurances services!

Don't touch this company with a barge pole or their agent 'Go Skippy". Tried to charge me £179 for not disclosing an accident of a named driver on a different policy after I taken out insurance. Got them to withdraw demand after consulting the Financial Ombudsman.

Pity you can't give no stars. Atrocious, awful, dreadful. STEER CLEAR. AVOID. They are full of promises (when YOU call them as they never phone you, and every phone call is at least 35 minutes on hold) which they never fulfil. If you complain, you'll go on hold for 20 minutes then Teresa will get on the phone and say- we treat all our customers equally so sorry but we're not going to do anything for you. They'll blame you for the claim- even if it's not your fault, charge you the excess, drag their heels paying out, and if they do pay out, they'll skim loads of money off so you're left out of pocket a lot of money. The owner of the company- UKIP's very own Arron Banks didn't get to be a millionaire without shafting people. Insurance is for 'what if' occasions. If you're unlucky to be in one of those situations, make sure Debenhams and GoSkippy, underwritten by Eldon, aren't insuring you because basically, you're on your own. Pay extra and get good insurance.

Worst company I’ve ever been with. I had somebody crashed into the back of my car thankfully causing no damage, Eldon insurance put through that the incident was my fault and that the other driver was claiming whiplash because I had hit him. I sent all the relevant paperwork to appeal it but I still lost my no claims because they were too lazy to appeal it for me. Terrible company with terrible customer service.
