Awful experience for our moving. 4 different team members over the phone, 1h30 of discussion in 2 days and at the end, what the first team member promised was said by the last not to be possible. Worse of it, it is my fault because I didn't understand what has been said to me! Unbelievable! In the middle, one of them just tried to loose me with all different quotes explained at high speed with no consistency in the explanations. I am glad to go elsewhere for £100 less with the same cover! Worst customer experience ever! Just don't go there!

Crap took new policy out on 15 march 2017 supposed take money out 15 april 2017 took 81 pound out for car i cancelled insurance
