I paid for insurance on my car, I decided it was easier for me to pay annually so they took the money (about £400)  and everything was good. On Monday I got an email saying they want information for my additional driver, my mum. The email stated that I had 7 days to get the documents to them. It is WEDNESDAY, so I’ve used 2 days out of my 7, and I got a letter saying that they’re cancelling my insurance and that I can’t reclaim my money or apply again with them. Luckily we called and we received good customer service from Adam and I can keep my insurance although this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Awful customer service. Wrote an email simply inquiring about my recent policy price increase only for the respondent Sylvia to let me know I could easily "shop around and take out cover with another insurer" if I was unhappy.

Full of shot service! Disrespectful staff, I had a non fault claim and they charging me as a fault claim.

Would have given zero if I could for this company who are ripping off young drivers!  Policies very inflexible compared with other insurance companies I have dealt with.  Could not add a parent or anyone else  on the policy hence only the one daughter could drive this car.  Their reason was due to having a black box.  This is rubbish as we found out at a later date that our other daughter who took out a black box policy with another insurance company, a parent (or another) can be added. 
Part way through the policy we found out that our daughter could not take her car to the particular university due to their rules.  Tried to change the policy to our other daughter who is 3 years older  to drive that car and they would not allow it.  Had no choice but to cancel the policy with a penalty of £250 which is really extortionate!!  Ripping off young drivers for their inflexibility - Life happens and they need to be a little flexible but this company IS NOT - STAY AWAY  AND GIVE THEM A WAKE UP CALL!!
