We walked around this area several times during our stay in London. Chic boutique shops, interesting art market, cafes with amazing food offers, and a street artist who entertained us for almost an hour! An area you definitely should pay a visit!
A historical marketplace worth visiting in London.nnThe markets are quite active with an array of vendors selling a range of products, many are handcrafted. The shops and restaurants occupy the buildings and surrounding open spaces. I ran out of fingers while counting the number of cafes.
Absolutely beautiful and charming place to wonder, eat, shop and enjoy. There was live music on both sides. Really pulls you in. The decor, lights and vibe somehow already got me in the holiday spirit.
Beautiful setting.nNumerous wonderful stalls and shops.nFood, clothing etcnSurrounding high end shopping.nA worthy destination.
Very similar to Boston's faneuil hall, with church in center, cobblestone, food and high end shopping and most strikingly similar music and juggling performers. Drinking is more muted which is great for families but plenty of pubs in the area.
