Catford Centre is great. Some really good charity shops down there. Really friendly locals too. Had a lovely conversation with a gentleman called Fritz. He was very polite and welcoming and helps the local community by directing traffic outside Laurence House. What a great guy
Very quiet, friendly place to shop and visit with family and friends. I never had an incident at Catford center and I hope it continues with its peaceful atmosphere. You can find anything in there , from fancy shops to H&B to cinema , street vendors to recognise UK shopping centres. Come and visit
The Mews cinema, cafe, bar and food stalls is surprisingly good. The authentic Japanese food stall in the real deal. The yuppies have transformed Catford for the good.nnThe rest of the market and shopping centre needs a massive overall ASAP. They're are too many road man, junkies and layabouts pretending to be authentic locals.
The mews has a few must visit the vegan restaurant the cinema and pop up shops offering workspace. Oh the library has move to the mews continue to support local services.
Not many shops along both sides of the open air small centre. Mainly a place to do household and food shopping. There's three charity shops, two mainly selling clothes, the other clothès, furniture etc: a Saver: large supermarket Tesco: spacious payed under parking. Theres also a lovely spacious indoor facility, consisting of cinema, sitting areas, food and beverage sold: a pleasant environment: a variety of fruit/veg stalls, also fish and meat shops.
