Stunning little spot just few steps from Bethnal Green station. Short but delish food menu served with every detail. Great cocktail list and cool, chilled decor. Grab a small table or stick to the bar.
Staff is super kind and are genuinely pleased when you like their drinks. Which is easy to do, because their drinks are absolutely fabulous. We were a walk in at the counter on a friday night, had the lost cocktail and some merlot - loved every part of this experience. Great hidden gem.
A great bar! The ambiance and decor was stunning, and the staff was lovely. We were French so it was fun talking to the waiters in the same language and learning about how they got there. The decor was equally pretty on par with old styled French cafes. Not only was the staff very accommodating, but the cocktails were amazing! They were very well dosed and absolutely delicious. We had a ton as we couldn’t pick our favorites. Overall great place, really recommend!
Fantastic cocktails, great atmosphere and the food was great too! Some really creative concoctions that were divine, I'd have to go back to try some more.
We discovered this place a week ago and it's a gem. The cocktails were super yummy, the menu itself is made in a cool design way. The chess toastie also a hit. The staff were helpful, engaged and really nice. Will gladly go back
Staff is really kind and passionate about their job. You immediately feel welcomed and at ease. Cocktails are great and unique I had their crème brûlée old fashioned and it was precious and the welcome drink was the cherry on top. Absolutely recommended
Really nice bar with super friendly staff. Nice vibe and atmosphere, with a great selection of beers to try. I am new to the area and was out trying different bars, this one stood out as a favourite and I will definitely be returning!
I first visited this place once the lockdown opened up. This review comes in on my 10th visit. This place has consistent top standard service, cocktails and ambience. The staff here is super friendly, always looking forward to making you comfortable and they have been more than flexible to make some 'off the menu cocktails' on request. Personally my favorite place here is sitting at the bar watching the action live while some brilliant cocktails are made. Strongly recommend this place! Kudos to the whole team.
I absolutely love this bar! The atmosphere is great, staff are very welcoming and cocktails are exquisite! Prices are very good for the quality they offer.
Despite serving up some of the best cocktails in the world, this East London neighbourhood bar is fun, cosy and unpretentious. It has the distinct feel of a Lower East Side cocktail joint with exposed brickwork bur the mellow lighting and subtle subtle French cues add a touch of class and refinement. The drinks are simple yet refined, with plenty of depth of flavour often taking twists on classics or coming up with new flavour combinations which are so good they don't need fancy glassware or over the top garnish to blow you away.
