I phoned this morning for a price on a van and the price was fine so I brought all my ID I was told to bring but when I arrived at 11 am it was closed, I asked next door at the garage and they told me the two staff had gone out in a van. I waited 40 minutes and still  nobody was in, I called the phone number for the office and it just rung out, I had the correct number as it was ringing inside the office, I used easy rent around the corner in the end as they was open.
The website does say open until 1 pm what a bad way to run a business.
Had to leave a one star to leave a review or would have been no star

Can't fault a single part of the rental. Excellent price, easy to book, immaculate vehicle and friendly, helpful staff. I had to extend the hire and it was easy to sort. I'd highly recommend them.

Initally rented a car from county for a month. Had to extend the rental for another month as our car wasn't ready. Spoke to a chap called Barry. He was very helpful and professional. Would defiantly go back in the future and would advise others to use, as they provided excellent service and a great price for the duration of our rental.

Our company has been renting vehicles from County for the past 6 Months and spent almost £5,000 with them. The attitude of most staff is horrendous and they make everything problematic. Although what is most disturbing is the Racist Tendencies held by Staff at County Car and Van Hire. On one occasion a member of staff said, i quote, "WE DON'T LIKE TO RENT VEHICLES TO ASIANS, THEIR HORRIBLE". Another staff member said laughing "THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED". 
Furthermore We was asked during conversation do Asian people drive our company vehicles?

I find this rather disturbing that a Company of this stature can openly express such a Racist, Ignorant, Absurd attitude. Anyone who gives these people business must clearly be mad to say the least. 

Strongly recommend against renting from these Racist Crooks
