Very unhappy! 22 days after returning car. Was charged £35 admin fee, for a parking fine from another country. Which I had not been in, because I had returned the car the day before, the incident happened. 👎✋

Superb friendly staff who go out of their way to help and please. I was made to feel valued as a customer which is rare these days. 

Well done. I will definitely be back when I need to hire in the future
