Hired a van for the day, it was suggested that I could have it overnight for the same price, staff couldn’t do enough. When I returned the van there was thick snow so the staff took me to the train station, service above and beyond.

The place is very clean and tidy staff very friendly found the manager jack to be rude and offensive but hes staff such a lucas and tom were exceptional wpuld definitely recommend them to anyone

When I arrived a salesman came out called Jamie and he was extremely helpful and explained everything to me with regards to any questions that I asked. They didn't have the car I wanted in the showroom. He found one for me in the Notts A.C. and online it looked immaculate. 
Unfortunately when it did arrive a few days later it was not in good condition  
and had many scratches and dents and stone chips, I decided not to go ahead at that stage (it was £7,790).
The salesman changed from being over nice to Mr Grumpy in seconds. Not impressed by that and won't be going back..Still waiting to get my £100 deposit back..
