I have used this store for years. Polite staff, kind to my dog and always have what I need for the horses

Rude staff. Every time I go to this one. I go to evesham or Malvern and they are brilliant. I get a good morning or a good afternoon. If something isn't on the shelves they go and find what I need. It never feels like its to much trouble. They also don't have a problem putting points onto my card manually. Bromsgrove. Couldn't be more different. Shame on bromsgrove. I hate going there.

Same as the last two comments rude unhelpful staff I went in for a wheel barrow tyre asked employee 11992 (on my receipt ) where I could find them and she pointed and said over there I looked around and couldn't see them so I walked over still couldn't see them by this point she was looking back at the floor so couldn't point me in the right direction I searched around and found it in the end! Didn't  get a thank you for shopping there!

I find the staff on the shop floor difficult and not helpful. I try not to visit this branch often and was reminded of why this is today after being reluctantly served by a rude female member of staff. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time with the same member of staff. I Will do my best to avoid this branch in the future.
