Popped in to look at the fish and was met by a lovely lady at the till telling us where to find them. Then an amazing lady at the fish area made my childrens day by letting them feed the fish and showed them the high ones. Her knowledge was outstanding and our children havent stopped talking about it. So thank you
Staff are friendly however the team at other shops of the same name say things completely different and I was not allow to buy the fish I wanted and catch the bus I had to order a taxi. So the last visit was not a great experience
Vet Lois was fab at Pets at home. She was very professional, caring, and understanding. My pet was perfectly at ease with her and a diagnosis was able to be reached very quickly. Very satisfied.
We had a lovely pet workshop today with a lovely patient lady called Jen. I had 5 children with me aged from 1 to 13 years old. We petted the Guinea pigs and fed the fish. We learnt lots of interesting facts too. The children were given a goodie box to take home. Thank you so much Jen
