Stay away from this store. Wish I had read the reviews before hand. Ordered 2 jackets on separate orders from here which they said they would send together, but when the package came only 1 jacket was inside with 1 dispatch note for it. Called the store many times only to be told that they were both in the package. When I disputed this and asked for my £140 to be refunded was told they couldn't as they would be out of pocket! I sent photos of the package they came in, which clearly would not have fit them both in, but they said it had been tampered with! Had to put a complaint through my bank to get the money back. Now I have read other reviews of people returning items for refunds only for the store to say they haven't recd them. Their goods had been returned to the store recorded delivery and they had signed for them but still denies receiving them.
First time placing an order online from here, ordered 8 days ago spending over £200+ No delivery of goods, no despatch confirmation and no response to emails and they do not answer the phone and definitely do not come back to you either! Have sent 2 emails and made over 25 calls to both their numbers and no one picks up. I no longer have faith and they have took my money and i’ve not even seen the goods and had no response. Have contacted my bank to investigate further. Avoid at all costs! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
I have been using HB's for countless number of years now, they offer a reliable service and aftercare support is there if you need it. I have visited the shop in person and have used the mail order option, the best of both worlds are available. Sale prices are unbelievable at times, well done.
Please stay away ! I returned clothing to this company with recorded delivery and proof of postage and still no refund after 2 weeks. Royal Mail say the parcel has been delivered. The value was over £100.00 for the items. I see many people online have not received a refund either I should of read the reviews. I've called and emailed with limited response and they won't refund as items "have not been received" just like many of the customers. Keep ur cash and stay away !
Unfortunately I can't give a zero. Agree with all the guys below regarding refunding. Very small order for £15 - £21 with delivery. Received DPD notification that the item was ready for collection at a cycle store in Birmingham ? Contacted the HB store and they wanted me to call dpd to rearrange as this is where I had asked for it to be delivered. Have never heard of the drop off place and advised I wanted my money back. Was told they would process the refund the same day. Nothing done. I then received further notification that my order needs to be collected from this random cycle store. Forwarded this to HB store and have been ignored. These guys do not know the basics of customer service and it would appear they are winding down as they never have any stock !!! Useless.
DO NOT USE THIS CRIMINAL SITE!!! Sent a CP company jacket back weeks ago, they even admitted to receiving the jacket the very next day! No refund given, hundreds of pounds out of pocket!! Having read reviews, I don’t know how they are allowed to trade! I have contacted trading standards to let them know how these criminals are operating. Emailed several times to no reply, strange how they reply within minutes when asking to buy items. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
Avoid this website at all costs. I ordered some Armani Jean's that are clearly black on the website. I was sent blue Jean's instead. In brief, HB were not interested in dealing with my query. I initially sent HB a message asking them to clarify that the Jean's to be dispatched are black as on their website, as other customer reviews, I recieved no reply until after I had recieved the item and having raised my complaint that I had sought clarification of the colour of the Jean's before dispatch...I recieved no reply. I would give 0 stars. I wish had checked other customer reviews before I had placed my order as the reviews on the whole are very poor...seems lime I am not alone. Avoid HB at all costs.
IF YOU BUY FROM THIS STORE MAKE SURE YOU 100% WANT THE ITEM OTHERWISE THEY DONT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. After they received my item back on the 30/12/2017, I tried to email them which they didn’t respond to and when I phoned them they told me it would be processed the same day or latest the following Monday. It has now been 21 working days and they still haven’t processed the refund, I also tried to contact them again by ringing them several times and had no answer. These guys must be broke cause they can’t even process a £100 refund lol. The company is a joke.
I purchased a Paul & Shark jacket from these chaps. Never heard of them before. I normally shop at flannels or Selfridges. This particular jacket was £100 cheaper than anyone else. Loyalty to the other stores was out the window. Before I ordered online, I phoned the store to get some more information on the jacket. What can I say? The service I received was astounding. My questions and concerns were handled patiently and professionaly. My order was received the next morning, and thats after ordering at 8pm the night before. I will definitely shop at Henry Brummel in the future. Many thanks, Rick
Fantastic customer service from Munch and his colleague. Purchased a lovely CP Company piece, and called after just to check I'd ordered the right size. Both were very helpful regarding sizing and delivery etc. Jacket has now arrived and fits perfectly! The usual quality from CP. Happy customer.
