Sunday visit. Several staff members available. Asked for help with sizing a hat - confidently and competently assisted. Granted I hadn’t expected such good service from this kind of outlet but pretty impressed.

Trouble with Cotswold is that though it has a great range of good quality products, it's so expensive!

Quite small for an outdoor shop and with a limited number of lines - they didn't have any of the 3 things that we were looking for. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Used to sell decent outdoors gear, now unfortunately aiming for the lowest common denominator and filling the shelves with overpriced T shirts and casual pullovers. Head to a high street fashion store if that's your bag, and pay much less.
