Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. We went with Edmondson estates to sell our house. We were told that as the bathroom was being refurbished pictures would not be taken of it and that the ad would be live on the website the following week when it launched. They came and took photos and everything was going fine until the advert went live on property pal. Spelling mistakes everywhere, the bathroom photos were put up with the ripped up floor and the walls half bare as the tiles were being taken down to fit new tiles to the floor and walls, and the built in wardrobe listed as storage. The site didn't go live for weeks and months after we were told it was going to be. As the house we wanted to buy was sale agreed to someone else we pulled our house off the market. Fast forward to now we have put our house back on the market with another estate agent but wanted to buy a house from Edmondson. To our horror they encouraged their client to go with someone else as they told us they are the ones in a better position as they are renting. We have an offer on our house to which they told my partner no he did not making out he was telling lies. Then proceeded to say they phoned our estate agent which was not true. Upon hanging up our estate agent called to say they had only been in touch now and that they had told them we are ready to go. They would have gotten the sale through as quickly with us as they would have with the other bidders who by the way were the lower bid but unfairly Edmondson pushed them to go with the other bidders over a party grudge because we didn't go with them as our estate agent. Highly unprofessional and should never make out that any bidder is a liar and now your client is walking away with less money under your 'guidance'. Doesn't have the vendors best interests at heart would rather discriminate and hold petty grudges. Avoid at all costs.
Bought via Edmundon estates. Becky was brilliant from start to finish kept in touch with regular updates and chased solicitor on completion day, would recommend.
Country Estates Ballymena recently sold my bungalow in a professional and efficient manner. The whole process from my first contact to the agreed sale took less than two weeks. The team gave me all the information I needed and provided a very professional photographer. The information and photographs on the brochures and websites were excellent and showed the property well. I was kept informed and guided every step of the way. The whole sale was conducted in such a manner that it was stress free for me. I cannot thank Scott and the team enough and would have no hesitation in recommending Country Estates Ballymena to any prospective sellers or buyers.
Country estates were the agents who marketed the property we purchased for our forever home and I cannot praise the staff there enough. Namely Becky, Donna & I think Clare dealt with us on almost every call and no question or query was ever too big for them to deal with. 5* estate agents and highly recommended to anyone looking to market/purchase with them best wishes to the team and the business for the future

Country Estates Ballymena have provided excellent service throughout the entire process.  They use a professional photographer who spent considerable time at our property; this was evident in the standard of the final photos.  Our house was marketed quickly and viewings scheduled with equal speed.  They have been extremely proactive,  quite often chasing issues up without the need for me to prompt them in the first place.  They are the best agent we've dealt with, either in our out of town.
