We aim to stop Enforcement Agent (Bailiff) action immediately and to arrange an affordable repayment plan on your behalf, using current government legislation. Once an affordable repayment plan has been agreed, we will confirm everything to you in writing and as long as you keep up your repayments, then no further visits from Enforcement Agents are to be expected.

I honestly don't know what i would have done without help from the Council tax Advisors. The council had passed my debt to a debt collection company that just wouldn't except the reasonable repayment  offers i made. 
After talking to Chris and the team i felt like a weight had been lifted, they assessed my situation and took full control of everything. I was always kept informed and up to date and thanks to all there hard work my offer was excepted. 
I wish I'd found them sooner and saved myself lots of stress and anxiety.
I am so grateful that an amazing free service like this exists and would highly recommend anyone in my situation get in contact with them as soon as you can.

Fantastic. Had a letter from the bailiff to say they were coming.
Phoned council tax advisors up. They managed to suspend the bailiff until a manageable payment plan could be set up.

Waste of time, did income and expenditure with only to pass me to debt consolidation company when they advertise they will negotiate council tax arrears ,very misleading.

Fantastic support throughout the whole process from these guys! Each person I spoke to tried their best and sorted out my issue with the bailiffs who tried to scare the life out of me with their constant pestering during such a difficult time in my life. They came up with a perfect solution and managed to sort out the issue and couldn't have been more helpful.. The whole process was easy, professional and a weight lifted off my shoulders and despite what anyone says!! I would recommend them 110% if I could.. Fantastic company, that by the way IS FREE! and full of help and support.
A massive thank you to all the team & I hope all that are in need of help go to this company because I couldn't recommend them enough!

The advisor I spoke to was extremely helpful, explained everything in plain and simple terms and really put my mind at ease. The whole process was smooth and easy, and I couldn't have asked for a better service from these guys. Very pleased, took a weight off my shoulders.
