Always a pleasant experience at Best -one. I must admit I tend to use only for the Post Office facilities and not the store. Nevertheless, the man-and-wife owners are always pleasant and ready to share a bit of banter. On the odd occasions I use a different Post Office I feel guilty I didn't go to Church Road!
Unhappy with the service in store. Witnessed the male store owner shouting at children, a child slipping in the store and the store owners do nothing to make sure he was ok. I was collecting lottery won cards for my nan and the male store owner told his wife if theres too many of them not to do them as we dont get paid to do this. Constantly telling my wife who drops her parcels off that shes to do other tasks as they arent correct infront of other customers making her feel uncomfortable, which has never been a problem when parcel dropping with other post offices. Always complaining and states hes not happy with the lottery as he doesnt get paid for this service and doesnt want to be doing this anymore. Draining! Theres a co op and m&s on the same road, I would reccomend you go there!
Lovely, family run business. The owners are so pleasant every time I visit. I have a post office closer but prefer to only visit here. Thankyou for all you do!
A very worthy establishment with a pleasantly surprising amount of items which enhance our lives. The family that run this store are lovely and very dependable. For one, I am delighted to have discovered here.
