Our 3 daughters have had an excellent all round experience at Cheadle. We cannot fault the school in their commitment to supporting all students to reach their potential and learn to become independent learners ready to progress onto university or employment. The facilities are excellent and students are supported pastorally and academically by caring and supportive teachers. Cheadle is always willing to listen to parents and offer support and guidance.
Daughter does swimming lessons here. Great pool, warm changing rooms etc
I cannot fault this school. We have had two children at the school and the support they’ve been given through the trying years of lockdown has been superb. Since ‘normality’ returned the ability to participate in fantastic dramatic and musical productions and school trips is fantastic. Our eldest son received excellent pastoral care through his transition to university and he is now a well rounded, contented and confident young man. The school played a huge part in both his academic and social outcome.
My experience of Cheadle Hulme School was absolutely fantastic. My mother in Geneva, Switzerland knew to headmaster and his wife, Mr and Mrs Johnson in 1966. I was then 16, and I was sent for summer classes at this boarding school. In the beginning, I spent a few days in Johnston’s house opposite the school at Claremont road. The memories of Cheadle Humle School accompanied so well for my life! I expect to come to Manchester next year with my wife in order to visit this place.
Absolutely fantastic school! Teachers are dedicated to the students. My child has thrived here through the years. I couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely a nuisance to drive past when home time is happening, feel sorry for people who need emergency services as they can't ant get past due to all the Traffic. Definitely needs another way of getting in and out and parking bay for all the ignorant parents.
Cheadle hulme school is very bad school , we had 3 years sadness and bed experience in this school. Many bully kids especially head teacher kid which been bully our kid for long time and we couldn't say anything we though they will put more pressure on our kid . I am very surprised why the government not sending anyone to check what they doing there. Many family and students run away from this horrible school with losing them confidence and money . Never ever go close to this school again .
If your child is clever and love to learn, don't go to Cheadle Hulme school. My daughter went to this school and end up being unhappy and not learning anything new from school. Most of teachers at CHS are snobs and arrogant. This independent school is not any better than state school.
My old School. What an amazing place!!! A place where I was given a platform to be the best. The teachers are fantastic and the facilities of the school are possibly one of the best in the Greater Manchester area. My schooling will stick with me all my life and it is all thanks to this school.
