Had a sports massage from Alice for my knee. I found her to be really friendly and professional. My entire treatment program has been nothing but positive as I am now totally pain free. Highly recommended!

As someone who suffers with Sciatica, Cotswold Physio Rooms were recommended to me to not only cure the immediate pain but provide long term management support for the issue. I have to say I wouldnt go anywhere else now! David and his team are nothing short of miracle workers and no matter whether I have a back related issue or any other physical pain or strain, David knows immediately what the issue is, how to resolve it and also provide ongoing support and exercises/stretches to manage it long term. Highly recommend a session with Cotswold Physio Rooms if you have any physical issues and you need an immediate and long term solution.
Had a couple of sports massages now, really good service and in a great location, highly recommend! Only downside is that I can't blame my body for poor performance now :
I cannot thank David of Cotswolds Physio Room enough for his help recovering from a serious back injury. Originally after the injury I was told it would be 8 months to return to work but with intense Physio and treatments from Cotswolds Physio Rooms I was ready to return in 8 weeks! Don't give it a second guess, if you have a niggle that need sorting Cotswolds Physio Rooms is the place.
Really great sessions. Have loved doing these each Saturday morning. Fran is really knowledgeable and talks you through each step.
I have seen a huge improvement in just a few weeks with David for sever back pain after seeing a chiropractor for months which did nothing at all. Would highly recommend him.
