23rd January 2018 I started shopping at Droitwich Argos, the team are polite and friendly however, said the would not offer any kind of deal or price reduction on my £700+ order.

I decided to buy most of my order elsewhere. i went to Game and straight away they offered me a free game with a console and a number of accessories, as a result i spent over £400 whereas before hand i was going to spend it with Argos.

 i did come back to the store and arrived at 17:24 still 6 minutes before the store closes a member of the team was stood by the door with it locked, although i appreciate that they were soon to close but collecting already reserved items would not have taken them past closing. I just dont see why you should advertise being open till a certain time if you are going to close when it suits, i very much doubt i will be ordering from Argos again.

Usually good but now only 1 notepad was working so it was not possible to search through the avengers toys for my son. Very disappointed today.

Touch screens are very slow, staff are efficient if you use fast trak.

I have returned Soo much stuff to argos, the product quality is getting worse hence why it can be cheap, but this is a false economy.
