Lovely staff with a well stocked store. Staff are always on hand to help and show you what else is in store without being salesy. I went in to buy a pair of gloves because I lost mine and I found these all weather waterproof ones which are compatible with touchscreens. My hands are permanently cold but it has actually kept me warm. So glad I got them 😀

Awful experience in store yesterday, knew exactly what I wanted so thought it would be a quick visit, but rude unhelpful member of staff made it time consuming and left me feeling disgusted. Went to pay for item and was made to wait while Mary on tills finished her conversation with another member of staff, then didn't want to take my Explore More card as in her words "it isn't worth it", asked her to put it through anyway, when I handed over my money I was left waiting while she turned away from me and talked to other staff about whether she should take a paper £10 note (which is valid until spring 2018) the consensus being no, after a while, when I asked if this was going to take much longer I was told that I, and the fact that I was asking was SUSPICIOUS! I could not believe I was being talked to and treated so rudely. Didn't mind her checking but the way the incident was handled couldn't have been any worse. Eventually had to pay with a £20 note as she refused to take my original note. I was made to feel like a criminal for trying to pay for my item with perfectly legal tender. There is also currently an Explore More members offer of 20% off purchases, this was not put on my transaction even though I handed over my card, I was going to ask why this was but after the experience I'd just had, I did not want to spend any more time in this shop, so just paid full price. Used to be a regular customer in this store, but Mary's awful attitude, rudeness, and lack of customer service skills, means I will be avoiding it in the future and warning everyone I know.

There's a really lovely friendly girl who works there but what I wanted to buy was very expensive.
