Very friendly, welcoming, informed staff. Highest quality goods mostly at very discounted prices. In the market for something fir an outdoor activity, try here first, the discounts in some cases are unbelievable especially on the returns. A pair of shoes returned because the laces broke or a pair of trousers reduced by an extra £20 because the belt broke!

Love a sale!! Bought myself a nice cream soft pullover and also trousers for walking in to keep me dry. I got them because they were on sale, otherwise I would not pay full price. Friendly staff and good size fitting room. We'll be back .... one day.

Great place for some bargains and returns. Much better for big or small sizes, as medium tend to have a much smaller stock. Gear isn't much reduced though, but there is the occasional bargain to be had. Remember to go and look upstairs too!

Always give this one a try before heading to the other shops in Betws to see what end of line bargains are there. Only has a few parking spaces so may be better to walk here if you’re already parked somewhere else in Betws.
