The individual at this store was incredibly rude to us, simply for daring to ask questions before spending lots of money on our flooring. He lied about what stock he had in over the phone, spoke over my mother-in-law whenever she asked a question, then lost his mind when we questioned him over the quality of the concrete flooring in our newly built house! He then chased us out the store saying he had no need for our business causing my fiancé to cry. Save yourself the trouble of speaking to this vile creature and take your business elsewhere!
We first called at the Evesham Karndean showroom who arranged for Mark at Cotswold Design Flooring to contact us for a quote.. Mark has laid Karndean in our lounge, kitchen/dining room, bathroom and hallway. He has always been punctual and has worked hard despite badly cutting his thumb which meant that he was unable to complete the parquet design in the hall on the first visit. He has since returned and completed the work and has also revisited to correct a couple of issues without complaint. We have found Mark to be pleasant, professional and competent and I cannot understand where the recent negative reviews have come from.
Very impressed with my new flooring, nothing was too much trouble, we are even considering a Karndean headboard thanks to Marks advice!
This store is ran by a rude, deceitful man who insulted us and chased us out if his store after asking him for quotes. Do not go here for any if your flooring unless you want to be treated like utter dirt.
