Under staffed Costa... The young lady that was serving the line of people backing towards the stairs was very hard working and cracking on with it! How is she expected to run such a busy shop solo, really felt for her! Prime example why hard working young people are walking out of jobs when working conditions are this bad.
The coffee is good but it is probably the slowest costa I have ever been to. The staff are not particularly enthusiastic and it shows in their work. So if you want a leisurely coffee then go here. If you are in a hurry you'd be better going elsewhere.Food: 4/5
Friendly staff and act quick to prepare for coffee and food. However, not too pleasant as there was no clean tables even at the non-peak hours.
Ok, for a quick chat and coffee, it seems to struggle with staff. Staff aren't really engaging. Can be closed quite often. Parking: 3 hrs free Wheelchair accessibility: Think there is a lift.
I would like to mention the fantastic staff you have .very pleasant and welcoming ,I wish I could nominate for an award. The manager Martin is such a welcoming individual and makes everyone feel welcome also a lovely atmosphere.clean and tidy too .well done Costa. Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian however saw lots of options for people who want this Parking: Free parking for three hours Kid-friendliness: Changing facilities for babies , staff make kids feel welcome
One member of staff on at a busy time. Tabkes not cleared, over priced, toasties with very little filling.Food: 2/5
Staff are friendly, place seems clean and just located inside Next. Coffee is nice, with a relaxing feel when the sun shines in

The Costa within The Next store was only doing take-aways due to being short staffed, so rather disappointing.
Rude staff .mediocre service and the worst coffee I have ever been served . Find somewhere else .Service: 1/5
