First visit to a Caffè Nero. Tried my best to try a local independent tea room but everybody had either closed or stopped food by that time on a Sunday. Didn't end up regretting it though. The service and food here was absolutely outstanding. The baby cino for the kids was also a lovely touch to top things off. And even though we suffered a spillage at the end, again the service and help was amazing. I wish I had known the names of the staff, the lady who served us and the gentleman who helped with the clean up at the end, cos they deserve a shout out. They brought a lovely end to our pleasant family day out to Knaresborough. Vegetarian options: The tuna melt panini was amazing Kid-friendliness: Baby cino's a lovely touch for the kids.
I love a Caffé Nero haul where always possible and one of the most awesome UK coffee joints I've visited. Cute, quaint and homey laid back joint with a great vibe and very welcoming cosy seats with a great drinks menu and phenomenal plant based non-dairy milk alternatives at great fare. Dont forget your Nero rewards stamps! Earn an extra stamp by saving our beautiful planet and bringing your own reusable thermos. The single origin Brazil Espresso is a knockout and 100% worth the upgrade for sure. I love how Caffé Nero is a low fuss and down to earth coffee joint and never charges extra for non dairy milk options and has fantastic yummy vegan pastries!
Lovely place Dogs welcome which is always a bonus for a Dog owner. Coffees and cakes are pleasant and service is fast and friendly
We've been here a few times, especially during the market day, but today, we decided to grab some bread from some bakery and buy coffee from them. We stayed on the premises because it was raining outside and we have a 7 month old baby. We decided to enjoy our coffee with the bread we brought with us but after a few minutes, a staff told us not to eat outside food in there saying they have lots of cakes and breads. If this is the case, they should have put up a signage that they dont allow outside food. Will never come here again.
Called in on Sunday 3rd during the town Christmas Fayre . Queue out the door but all the staff were incredibly hard working and cheerful . They deserve a bonus for looking after such a big crowd so well.Food: 5/5
When arrived it was busy which was nice to see, staff polite and patient with each customer and moved the line quickly as they served each person, even though they were busy and a bit flustered they were still very polite and amazing at their work. Enjoyed My visit.Food: 4/5

Friendly staff, covid precautions in place. Love coming to Nero as the vegan cheesecake is the best dessert ever!! Accompanied with a Soya hot chocolate with vegan cream on the top makes living with a dairy free diet that little bit better!
