I come here a lot as I work in the centre, and whilst it is good it is open very early the service is always slow, fumbled and often rude. If they mess our order up it is our fault somehow. It is a shame because it is a good cafe with a good selection of food

A recent change in staff here and now queues are more common. The coffee is what Costa coffee always is... Love it or hate it. The cake/snack offer here always fails to look really inviting the sponge cakes are always displayed sliced.... A beginner's error ....you can expect to have a sponge cake with some crust after drying out for hours :( But the other things short breads, jam tarts in plastic wrap that sticks to the jam! It is nearly lovely, it is nearly appetizing.... But not quite. At these prices and with Costa's image could be better C+! Starbucks do it better (B) but still not perfect. Clean shop generally and great location.

I live in Leatherhead and it is a great place to have a wonder down to and meet friends. Unfortunately the service is not great. There was a tine when they had some core staff that cared and showed this through immaculate service and presentation of themselves and the Costa brand! Cortado is my coffee of choice (short and strong) however an overrun of what should be a restricted amount of coffee makes for a weak and unenjoyable result..A real shame as it is not difficult! And as mentioned if I return out or bring it to someone's attention I am a customer so therefore I am wrong 🤔🤔

Arrived at 3pm very short queue good choicd of sandwiches had the festive sarnie and a blackforest hot chocolate both to die for service efficient
