I had 4 Costa gift cards which specifically said on their terms and conditions ' you may transfer any outstanding balance to a new Costa eGift card at any participating Costa outlet or by contacting Customer Services'. I wished to transfer the 4 gift cards into one to purchase a meal for everyone in the party as the girl at the till said they could not use more than one on the same purchase. The girl at the till was not just unfriendly when she told me merging all gift cards into one, when I replied that I wanted to purchase each item individually she rolled her eyes and was decidedly hostile. I suggest Costa should train their staff better when releasing offers. Other than that the place was a usual Costa.

Lovely team quick service but this place needs a refurb!

Pretty average Costa, the lady that served us was a bit rude although the lady that made drinks was nice. Cinnamon latte was very weak with hardly any cinnamon, despite asking for more. Americano was nice though. Pastry was nice but a bit dry.

Very fast service despite being very busy. Really friendly staff here too.

All you would expect from Costa but with the addition of it being a cosy environment and in the picturesque town of Ashbourne.
