Very dirty café.
Counter looks like it's never been wiped down.
Used coffee spilling over the coffee machine. 

Cups and cutlery are filthy.
A woman spent 40 minutes wiping down the cake cabinet, while she was slowly taking the cakes out of a plastic tub , she was scratching her hair, ears and wiping her nose on the back of her hand.
Just because she was wearing rubber gloves I bet she thought her hands were going to stay clean...

All the staff's clothing was dirty.
The male member of staff was wiping down the dirty seats with a cloth, then he used the same cloth to wipe down the tables.
He didn't use any antibacterial spray once.

I've added a picture of the toilet and a picture of a dirty tray.

I think this place needs to be closed for a couple of days, to be cleaned properly and the staff trained on hygiene.

There was poo on toilet seat , and wee every where around the toilet.

If you love coffee you should come here as they serve coffee. If you don't like coffee you should go somewhere else as this is called Costa coffee not Costa tea....stop buying tea and wasting valuable seating space whilst pretending to be important with your laptop....tea is not coffee. I love coffee

Very busy Costa, but always speedy service and great staff. Never have any issues. Food always come out correct and the drinks are perfect.

Unbelievable so slow in service.
3 people on counter serving and 8 people in the que 3 people gave up and left including myself.
You wouldn't mind if any of the staff apologized or said something to us but nothing.
Where did all that training go to.
