So pleased with our stay. The elves payed us a visit while we were out and we were delighted to return and see they had been. Lovely couple on the reception, really made our trip thank you so much,really thoughtful.Rooms: 5/5

Friendly staff. Clean large room. Plenty of parking. Extra milk/teas/coffee in reception which you can help yourself too- hooray! - a simple thing to do but really pleasing and more helpful than you might imagine. Amazingly quiet night and minimal lights of fire alarm etc at night so room was lovely and dark.

The Inn was clean and spacious. The only problem I had was the single bed was a bit hard. The reason I only gave 4 star's was because the breakfast was cold. Both my husband and myself agreed on that. It let the side down a bit.Rooms: 5/5

The hotel is in an industrial setting with little to no natural beauty in the immediate surroundings but it is handily located for sights in the region. It's a solid example of the Premier Inn offering with ample parking and a first floor land bridge across the car park to the Beefeater restaurant on the same site.Rooms: 5/5

Very friendly staff. Helped with every query. Very spacious room cleanish cob webs up the window Broken bath overflow, told reception but nothing was done. Air-conditioning will not go below 19 degrees so can get warm and windows do not open. Free Wifi and mobile reception is bad. No landlines in rooms  Good parking.

Rooms I’d give 2 stars, staff I’d give 5. I was in a room on the second floor and the noise from above was pretty bad. Woken up at 4am first night and 2:30am next one. Sounded like herd of elephants walking around, which also caused the ceiling light fittings in my room to rattle. WiFi - the standard service is like an old modem. Yes you can upgrade at £5 a day to “ultimate”, but c’mon this is a really cheap trick. People pay enough to be in these rooms already, just include decent Wi-Fi FGS. Couple of other minor things- the room I was in was a bit dated, fair enough, but not having a 2 pin shaver plug in the bathroom was a pain, as was the window which you couldn’t open - at all. Not having fresh air in a room is unhealthy IMHO , just have it on a chain or something. The asthmatic cooling system is no substitute. To finish on a positive - the staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to help. Don’t let them go whatever you do!!

First time staying at Newton Abbot Premier Inn, no probs as usual,5 *****,not keen on the Beefeater for evening dinner, very overpriced for a piece of  chicken, a lump of mash and 2 small onion rings,breakfast was not a problem, lovely as usual.Rooms: 5/5

This review might not be for you unless you ride a motorcycle, only gave the hotel two stars as there is no way of drying your clothes in the room. Arrived on a Sunday and my suit was still wet on the Friday. No radiator or any form of heat, only warm air heating from the overhead Aircon , also the room I had didn't have any mobile phone signal, not even one bar. Can not really recommend.

Great rooms, great staff, avoid the beefeater though, very slow service Rooms: 5/5

Stayed due to a local family funeral. Staff could not do enough and sorted out a bed issue without fuss. Rooms are a bit stuffy though as windows do not open and AC dries your throat. Stayed during warm weather so sleeping was a little uncomfortable. Beefeater next door, I'd give that a miss. Encountered some very rude and ignorant staff which I ended up teporting to head office.  Lots of food unavailable.
