Internet perpetually down. Floor regularly dirty bathrooms clean sometimes. Never any napkins. That said staff are smiley and professional! Always very full.

I used to come here for coffee on a regular basis but haven’t been for a while. Today when I came the staff are different staff from last time and they were miserable as hell! They got my order wrong too. Won’t be coming again!

Good example of what I've come to expect from Costa. Hot chocolate that's nice and hot to drink, nice clean tables and warm comfortable surroundings.
