4pm, already closing half the store off and only serving a limited menu. You are either open till 5pm or not.

Nice place, good coffee, very clean and friendly efficient staff

I went in here yesterday and stood at the counter waiting to be served. There were no other customers at the counter but 3 staff members were there behind the counter. Two were chatting to one another and another was making coffee. For 5 minutes all 3 staff members refused to acknowledge my existence. Not even a 'Hi - be right with you'. I left in the end. Customer service seems to be dead.

I usually avoid paying over £2.00 for a coffee. No filter coffee, but I did get a very good white Americano with a dash of milk f2.55.nCheerful staff

Asked and paid for a mocha frappe, received an iced mocha. Which is vile and obviously not what I had ordered.
