Good service and friendly staff, limited choice of food but no different to any other Costa Coffee

Very well managed shop. Counter was clean and items were displayed in a way that made everything look appetizing. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful, friendly. What was most impressive was that all of the patrons in the shop seemed very happy to be there. It was also comforting to see that management was always visible.

I love this place; friendly efficient staff (love the redhead 👏🏻), great coffee (and hot chocolate!), and delicious cakes (please bring back the chocolate caramel squares) - those brownies just melt in your mouth 👍🏻. My most frequented cafe in town.

Decent. 
Not many plugs if you're looking to do work here. 
And the setting is more like a restaurant than a coffee shop. But over all it's a good place for a tea and lunch
